In this last part of this mini series on spelling I’m going to share with you one of the most commonly used and exercised methods to learn correct spelling of words.

It is the:

LOOK, SAY, COVER, WRITE, CHECK method.

Spend time to LOOK at the word – is any part of it difficult?

Then SAY the word out loud looking at how it is spelled.

COVER the word.

WRITE the word out from memory, saying it our loud if this helps.
